Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including product collateral, sales presentations, and training programs.
Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand credibility and drive customer advocacy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software marketing and technology industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software marketing, preferably in the IT services industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling marketing content.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
